Ingredients:
- 4 / 5 Boiled potatoes
- 2 green Chillies (Marcha)
- 4 Curry leaves (Mitho Limado)
- 1 tablespoon chopped coriander (Kothamir)
- ½ teaspoon Sesame seeds (Til)
- ¼ teaspoon Turmeric (Haldar )powder
- ½ teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 2 tablespoons oil
- ½ teaspoon Mustard seeds (Rai)
- Salt to taste (½ teaspoon)
Cooking Method :
- Keep green chillies, curry leaves, coriander, Sesame seeds and Turmeric in one bowl ready
- Now cut the boil potatoes in pieces
- Keep the gas on low flame
- Prepare the tempering by heating the oil and the mustard seeds
- Once sound starts coming, add the mixture of all and fry it for 2-3 seconds
- Now add potatoes, sugar, lemon juice and salt to taste.
- Mix it well
- Leave it on gas for 5 minutes
Serving :
- Decorated with cut coriander and serve hot
- Serve with Roti or Puri
- Taste good with Rice and Kadhi also
